MIG Welding (GMAW)
High-deposition-rate process for production welding. Faster than TIG with good penetration. Pulse MIG for aluminum and spray transfer for steel.
Best for: Structural frames, machine bases, automotive brackets, general fabrication
Robotic Welding
Automated cells for consistent, repeatable welds at high volume. Fanuc, Yaskawa, and OTC Daihen robots with seam tracking and torch cleaning.
Best for: Production runs 200+ units, automotive parts, repetitive assemblies
Spot & Projection Welding
Resistance welding for sheet metal assemblies. Fast cycle times, no filler material, minimal distortion. Up to 200kVA capacity.
Best for: Sheet metal enclosures, brackets, automotive panels, wire forms
Laser Welding
High-precision, low-distortion joining with minimal heat-affected zone. Fiber and Nd:YAG laser systems for thin materials and hermetic sealing.
Best for: Medical instruments, sensors, battery housings, precision enclosures
Flux-Cored Arc Welding
High-deposition welding for heavy structural work. Self-shielded or gas-shielded options. Excellent for thick plate and positional welding.
Best for: Heavy equipment, structural steel, pressure vessels, pipe welding

Fixtures, jigs, tooling, and aerospace brackets. Tight-tolerance welding with post-weld CNC machining to hold critical dimensions.
Heavy Plate Fabrication
Tanks, hoppers, chutes, and pressure vessels. Plate rolling, multi-pass welding, NDE inspection, and ASME code compliance.
Multi-Component Assemblies
Complete assemblies combining castings, machined parts, sheet metal, and hardware. Full BOM procurement through final assembly.
