Manufacturing Capabilities
Precision CNC Machining
3- to 5-axis milling and turning on Mazak Variaxis, DMG Mori, and Haas machining centers. Titanium, Inconel, 17-4PH, 7075-T6. Tolerances to ±0.005mm. EDM, jig grinding, deep-hole drilling available.
Investment Casting
Complex geometry structural parts in stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys. Turbine shroud segments, structural fittings, mounting hardware. X-ray and FPI inspection available from our casting foundry network.
Sheet Metal & Fabrication
Enclosures, brackets, chassis, heat shields, mounting plates. Fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG and robotic MIG welding. Aluminum, stainless, and titanium sheet. Mil-spec finishes including hard anodize and chem film.
Surface Treatment
Anodizing (Type II / Type III hard coat), chemical film (MIL-DTL-5541), passivation (ASTM A967), electroless nickel, phosphate coating, Cerakote, powder coat. Per MIL-spec where required.
Mechanical Assembly
Multi-component mechanical assemblies with bearings, fasteners, inserts, and seals installed. Functional testing and serialized packaging per customer routing sheet. Sub-assembly and kitting available.
Quality & Documentation
AS9102 FAI, PPAP Level 3, CMM reports with balloon drawing, material certs (MTR/EN 10204 3.1), hardness/surface roughness verification, NDT (MT, PT, UT, X-ray), CoC. Full QMS documentation package.
