Submit Your Application

Initial Screening
Our team reviews your application within 5 business days. We check basic criteria: business registration, process match to our buyer demand, facility location accessibility, and export history.
Dolphin Audit Scheduling
If you pass initial screening, we schedule an on-site Dolphin Audit visit at a mutually convenient time. The audit visit typically takes 2β4 hours. There is no cost to the factory.
On-Site Audit & Scoring
Our auditor visits your factory, completes all 50 audit criteria, photographs your facility and equipment, and interviews your production manager. We share the audit findings with you after scoring.
Network Listing
Factories scoring 60+ are listed in the Dewin verified network. Your profile includes your QCLDM score, process capabilities, equipment highlights, and professional factory photos.
First RFQ Match
When a buyer submits an RFQ matching your capabilities, Dewin contacts you to quote. If you win, our team manages the program β providing POs, specifications, IPQC visits, and PSI before shipment.

Is there a listing fee or subscription to join the Dewin network? βΌ
No. Dewin does not charge factories a listing fee or monthly subscription. Our business model is buyer-side. We earn by managing the sourcing program for our US and international clients β not by charging suppliers to be listed. The Dolphin Audit is conducted at no cost to the factory.
What score do I need to pass the Dolphin Audit? βΌ
Factories need a minimum QCLDM score of 60 out of 100 to be listed on the Dewin platform. Factories scoring 60β74 are listed as Tier 3 with an active corrective action plan. Factories scoring 75β89 are Tier 2 (recommended for most programs). Factories scoring 90+ are Tier 1 (recommended for precision, high-complexity, or export-compliance-critical programs). Factories scoring below 60 are not listed but can re-apply after documented improvements.

What happens after I pass the Dolphin Audit? βΌ
Your factory is added to the Dewin verified network database with your QCLDM score, process capabilities, equipment list, and factory photos. When a US or international buyer submits an RFQ that matches your capabilities, Dewin will contact you to request a quotation. If you win the program, Dewin manages the buyer relationship and provides purchase orders, technical specifications, and quality standards. Our team will conduct IPQC visits during production and a PSI before shipment.
