Standard lead times for CNC machined parts from our audited factories are 5–10 production days. Expedited orders can be completed in 3–5 days depending on complexity and material availability.

How long does shipping from Vietnam to the US take?

Air freight from Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) to major US hubs takes 3–5 business days via express courier, or 5–8 days via standard air. Ocean freight takes 18–25 days to the US West Coast and 25–32 days to the US East Coast.

Does Dewin include quality inspection in the lead time?

Yes. Our on-ground team conducts dimensional inspection, visual check, and review of material certifications before any shipment leaves the factory. QC inspection adds 1–2 days to the production lead time and is included in every order.

Can I request a factory-specific lead time before committing?

Absolutely. When you submit an RFQ, we match your part to specific factories in our network and provide factory-confirmed lead times — not estimates based on averages.
