Sheet Metal Fabrication
Fiber laser cutting up to 25mm, CNC press brakes, robotic welding, powder coating, e-coating. CNC fiber laser cutting verified vs. plasma/manual shear — non-contact process yields precision kerf and eliminates heat distortion on thin gauges.
Aluminum Die Casting
High-pressure, gravity, and low-pressure die casting. Aluminum ADC12/A380, zinc Zamak alloys, 80T–3,000T machines. Cold-chamber machine type verified to confirm suitability for aluminum alloys (vs. hot-chamber zinc).
Plastic Injection Molding
Thermoplastic and thermoset molding from 50T to 2,500T. In-house mold design, EDM, and secondary operations. Color comparison machine (colorimetry/delta-E) verified at select factories for color-critical programs.

Progressive die stamping, deep drawing, fine blanking. Single-hit presses to 600 SPM high-speed lines. Die maintenance logs and press tonnage records reviewed during Dolphin audit for production consistency assurance.
Precision & Investment Casting
Lost wax casting for complex geometries. Stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel. In-house wax injection — the dimensional accuracy foundation verified on-site. Hardness tester for alloy grade and heat treatment confirmation.
Iron & Sand Casting
Sand casting and gravity casting for larger, heavier parts. Gray iron, ductile iron, and steel. In-house CNC machining and finishing available. Spectrometer and metallurgical analysis for material grade verification.
Surface Finishing
Anodizing (Type II/III), electroplating, powder coating, e-coating, painting, passivation, and polishing. Finish type, tank concentration, and coating thickness verified during Dolphin audit — not self-reported from finish spec sheets.
Plastic & Rubber Parts
Rubber molding, O-rings, seals, gaskets, silicone parts, TPU/TPE overmolding, and custom compounds. Shore A hardness tester verified at select factories for compliance with buyer-specified material grade requirements.

Our team physically visits the factory, photographs all major equipment, verifies certificates against registrar databases, and scores each criterion. Factories are classified as Tier 1 (85+/100), Tier 2 (70–84), or Tier 3 (50–69).
Vietnam has 16+ active FTAs. Key agreements include: CPTPP (Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore and more), EVFTA (EU 27 countries), RCEP (ASEAN + China + Japan + Korea + Australia + New Zealand), and UKVFTA (United Kingdom).
