We publish audit scores so buyers can compare.
Can factories handle full BOM procurement?
Yes. Assembly factories in our network can source and manage the full bill of materials — castings, machined parts, stampings, fasteners, bearings, seals, motors, wiring, and packaging. Many components come from other factories in our 179+ network, creating an integrated Vietnam supply chain.
What quality controls are standard for assembly?
Photo-based work instructions at every station, torque verification on all fasteners, go/no-go gauges for critical fits, electrical testing (continuity, hi-pot, functional) for electromechanical builds, leak testing (pneumatic or hydrostatic) where applicable, final inspection with photo documentation, and full component traceability.

First article (pilot run): 4–8 weeks from drawings approval. Production orders: 3–6 weeks depending on BOM complexity, component lead times, and finishing requirements. For repeat orders, our factories maintain safety stock on long-lead items to compress lead times.
Can I visit the assembly factory before committing?
Yes. We strongly encourage factory visits for complex assembly programs. Our team can arrange guided tours with translation at any factory in our network. For remote buyers, we provide video walkthroughs and live video calls with factory engineers — using our existing 659+ factory videos as context.
